Danielle Daniels was exactly what we needed. She was familiar with all area facilities and worked closely with us to find the ones that met our needs. She attended all visitations some, which were a lot of drive time. We would not have found such a great facility had it not been for her.

They were very friendly and helped me deal with a housing situation quickly. I think that communication with the on site facility limited them helping us because I’m still having communication issues with the facility
Tours were scheduled effeciently, with plenty of time to get from one to the next. My Care Patrol advocate was extremely personable and very knowledgeable about each place we visited. She really cared about me and my situation.

Connie Torres was FANTASTIC!! She was patient, kind and understanding in our search for a new home for my mom. She understood our reluctance to just take the first place we visited and followed our progress and updates without any reluctance to keep searching for the "right place." I would recommend her to anyone that needs help in this area.

Good practical advise. I especially liked the furnace air filter advise. Switch monthly with a cheaper product vs quarterly with an expensive one. I've already visited my Home Depot to by six months worth!

Markie from CarePatrol was a godsend. I don't know how we would have found a care facility without her in short notice. My mother went into the hospital for a condition that required continuous nursing care. She lives with my 80 year old father who couldn't possibly have cared for her. The hospital couldn't find a good treatment for her and said they were going to discharge her within a day or two. We needed to find a care facility that could accommodate her immediately. Markie worked during and after business hours to set up appointments and help us tour different facilities over a 2-3 day period. She joined us for every tour to help answer our questions and communicate my mother's conditions to the caregivers. She was like an angel sent to guide us at a critical time. My mother ended up in a wonderful care facility with excellent caregivers that understand her needs. It turned out as good as it could have. Thanks Markie!
