Kate was awesome. She choreographed everything. This was a complicated case as it was husband/wife who wanted to stay together but were at 2 different levels of care. Kate was very knowledgeable about different facilities, laws for different stays which would allow them to stay together and age in place. Petra also assisted in helping them feel comfortable once they arrived. What a great team!

The client focus. Cynthia Gilley did an outstanding job getting to know my LO and her needs and matched her with Superior Residences of niceville’s memory care unit. The staff make this place feel more like home. They are very patient focused taking time to know their patients well, giving them the each individual attention each needs giving them the encouragement they need to to complete ADLs. Care Patrol knows the facilities in the area very well and strives to help each client find the health care resources they need. Highly recommend Care Patrol, especially Cynthia Gilley, a special Care patrol resource.

It was so easy for us to find out which care facilities had openings. Also, they made all appointments to see facilities that we chose. We were able to make our decision in a couple of days. Having them with us to take the tours and answer any questions made us feel confident in our decision. A wonderful service in a time of need. Great person who assisted our family with care in FL. She was especially helpful as none of the family lived in their area and we were unfamiliar with resources. She even helped find a reasonably priced mover which made it possible to move our parents quickly.
