Melanie and Madalyn were wonderful to work with! They were knowledgeable of the area my mother wished to live and did a great job of setting up tours and providing guidance for the many thing to consider when moving into assisted living. They were very patient and compassionate taking us through the process.

We worked with Lauren and had an excellent experience. She was very compassionate and listened to our needs. While we awaited placement for our loved one into a care facility, she helped us arrange in home care. We highly recommend Care Patrol. Lauren was personable and very professional! We would work with her and Care Patrol again.

We have worked closed with Sandi Wake and team. They are very compassionate and take the time to listen to what your needs are so they can try to secure the right place for your loved one(s). It’s been wonderful to work with them and I would highly recommend their services.
They truly have made our process in finding my parents, a wonderful place to live a lot less stressful. We are so grateful for all of their help and care.

Lauren was just so nice and very easy to talk to as if we already knew each other. Professional, sympathetic, kind and above all, knowledgeable. I needed to find an assisted living facility near our home for my 93 year old mom in a short frame of time. Lauren helped me find a place with a nice apartment and a good reputation. She even came with us on a tour of the facility. After we had Mom settled in, Lauren followed up with a much appreciated phone call to see how things were going. I honestly had some misgivings if my strong-willed independent mother could accept "the rules". Lauren listened and answered my questions and explained protocol to my satisfaction. I am so relieved to see Mom settling in and while she misses the home she lived in for 50 years, and chafes at some of the rules, she is beginning to adapt to her new normal. Lauren was such a big help to me in a way that helped me help Mom! Thank you, Lauren!

Melanie was a great person to work with. I told her that I needed to place my dad in an assisted living home ASAP and we were looking at places 2 says later. It would have been the next day but I had plans already. When she would call and check up on me and I would tell her that I hadn't heard back from someone, she would get right on the phone and call them and get things rolling. Can't say enough about the great experience I had with Melanie!!

The response from Melanie was immediate. Our very first phone conversation with her gave me, and my family, so much relief.
Melanie helped me get my husband moved from an assisted-living facility, where he was getting terrible care, to one where he’s now getting the care he needs. This all happened within just a few days.
It is a really good feeling to know that someone so caring and professional is there for us. Thank you!

We had a short turnaround and Audrey from Care Patrol went above and beyond to help us find a place for our Mom. She arranged the visits, met me at each location, took notes and pictures so I could be fully present at each visit! Following the visits, she was an amazing thought partner as we made our decision. In addition to all this she checked in with me on move in day and again a week later to make sure all was going well! I highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone needing assistance selecting a place for a loved one!
