My experience with Emily was excellent. She was quick to respond and listened carefully to the needs I shared for care of my elderly parents. She accompanied me on visits to assisted living/memory care facilites at appointments that were scheduled to accomodate my calendar. I very much appreciated her questions and input during our visits to the facilities

We worked with Erin from Washington County and Emily from Milwaukee County. I am so happy my friend told me about Care Patrol. Your agents went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place for our Dad. We toured several facilities, had chosen one and were on the waiting list. When my dad's insurance was ending at the SNF, Emily was able to get us in to tour another facility the next day. We felt this was a great place for him. So he has moved in.

Emily Strickler was a representative of CarePatrol and she did such an excellent job of finding a suitable assistant living facility for my mother-in-law. She did what we were not able to do on our own. Emily promptly began a search and days later my mother-in-law was settled into a facility. I highly recommend CarePatrol and Emily Strickler.

The ease of Care Patrol knowing what it is you are looking for and them knowing what assisted living communities are best for your live one. I would have given them a 10 if I was able to stay with one Client Services Advisor through the entire process. They divide up their territory and you may end up dealing with two of their advisors and wishing you could work with one.

Chad was really tuned in to our needs and the options available. We were in a hurry and he treated us like his only customers at that time. He went over & above to assist us, and it was either his attention to detail &/or divine intervention that mom was installed in the perfect place as fast as we could scramble before the holidays!

Our experience with Danielle out of Milwaukee office was so helpful as we sought a safe, comfortable place for our dear aunt. Danielle was thorough, attentive, timely with her emails and communication, and supportive during the preparation process and during the touring process. I had received support from Care Patrol in the Fox Valley area for a different relative, and was certain that calling them again would be the right decision.

My mom had a stroke the day after Christmas and I needed help taking care of her at home until we placed her in an assisted facility. Jeff answered my voice mail right away and got inquiries sent out without delay (on Friday at 4:00 PM on new years weekend!!!). I received a response only a couple hours later from a 24 hour home care service. Then Emily sent me a dozen PDF's for various assisted living facilities to choose from. She helped me tour them and gave pointers how to secure a room at a place I ended up picking (my mom ended up picking it actually). What a life saver. I can't imagine dealing with this without their help.
