What my sister and I had struggled to accomplish for our parents over the course of three years, Carrie helped us accomplish in just three months. She took the time to understand our family’s unique circumstances and helped us navigate the many services and options available to our parents. This was especially important because our mom has dementia and our dad had been her full-time caregiver.
Carrie helped us identify and tour appropriate facilities, understand the financial considerations and requirements, and even encouraged us to revisit our parents’ end-of-life and funeral documents to ensure everything was current and in order. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable throughout the entire process.

I was very impressed with the initial interview with my cousin who has been resisting an assisted living facility admission.
