CarePatrol's Sherri Coates has been a godsend in a remarkably difficult time for my family. She is so knowledgable about the inner workings of all the local memory care facilities (information I could never have found on my own) that she quickly helped cull my list from 13 to 6 places, then set up appointments at all six and went along for the tours, sharing information along the way and her impressions afterward. When it became apparent we had to move quickly, she was already on board and made that process so much less stressful. She also had great recommendations for related businesses, and helped bump us up to the top of the list for a relocation/moving company. That fact that CarePatrol is free to families is a huge added plus. 10/10 would recommend.
The perfect solution for visiting and choosing the correct facility for our loved one. Helping my husband and I to understand how the ALF’s work, what they are like, and the cost. Willing to answer any questions we had. Went above and beyond to inform us of our loved one’s situation. Very aware there is a back story which needs to be considered dealing with a potential resident and their needs. Appreciated Julie having my sister’s best interest at heart. Eric was a life saver! I was feeling completely overwhelmed trying to get my mother and brother placed in assisted living, and Eric guided me through every step of the process. I don't think I could have done it all on my own. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable.
Ruthie was a wealth of information, contacts and emotional support when my sister was hospitalized with dementia. I live in Calif. so had no contacts in Chicago regarding this unexpected medical diagnosis. I had to get guardianship and find an appropriate facility for her to be placed within a short period of time. Ruthie provided me with several living options within our price range. She also helped me obtain legal advice, real estate assistance, cleaning out and moving help. She is a gem and I'm grateful that the hospital contacted her on behalf of my sister. When I learned about CarePatrol, it was a relief because I did not know where my husband could go. Our rep Madison at Care Patrol was fantastic! She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. We are not from the area and needed to find respite care very quickly for a family member that was being discharged from the hospital. Not being familiar with the local respite providers there we really needed to connect with an agency that could help guide us. We found the best option for care within 24 hours for our loved one! They are doing better and are back home now and we will always be grateful for Care Patrol of East Ohio's guidance and care.

Everything! My sister and I were fish out of water and on a short timeline to find my father a memory care facility. We reached out to CarePatrol, and Shawn was Johnny on the Spot. He spoke at length with my sister and me about our needs, goals and timeline, and set up tours for us almost immediately. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable about senior living care. He provided us with handouts and questions and made the process as seamless as possible. He also served as an excellent guide as to what we can expect from every facility, which made our tours more efficient. Further, he is very knowledgeable about dementia and the aging process which was extremely helpful in determining what we moved to the facility. I could not recommend Shawn and his team more!
