This was the second time we used Care Patrol (and we continue to rely on their help) to navigate my mother’s unexpected decline after a fall. They were very helpful in thinking about where and who would be best to support my mom and me.
They helped find an Assisted Living (AL) home that would fit best for my mom (e.g., location, vibe, activities, etc.) as well as think thru different ways to support all the logistics associated with moving to AL.
Shawn, was very professional, informative and patient though out the process. His advice was spot on and I would recommend his services to anyone.
We needed to place my father into a memory care location quickly that would be able to assist with his medical needs that we couldn't attend to. While I could not locate the place on my own and was told he should be placed into hospice, Care Control knew of the perfect fit and we got him moved quickly. He started feeling better quickly as well.

We were in panic mode in regards to finding memory care for my mother, but Marty put our minds at ease and made the process so much easier. He helped us every step of the way, and was incredibly patient and kind! His knowledge and expertise helped make a very stressful situation much easier to bear. Carrie’s expertise was a blessing to my family when we were choosing assisted living for our Mom. Recently we had wonderful help from Amber Slaughter as we had to move my brother and his wife from their previous facility to a different one. After I filled out the website request for info early this year, Amber was extremely helpful to me in March 2025 in finding 3 assisted living facilities on the south side of Indianapolis that each also had memory care services.
She quickly set up tours at the three facilities on the same day in March. Amber knows the sales directors at the facilities, and Amber was able to answer questions about the facilities and compare them to one another, giving us the pro’s and con’s of each place. She is very familiar with the entire process to enter an assisted living facility. She was able to advise us about costs, admission needs, and many other details along the way. She helped us to find a facility this past spring, and then she helped us again this fall when it became apparent that we needed to move our family members due to high costs at the first facility (one family member was in a memory care unit with higher costs).
We were very grateful to have such wonderful help from Amber of Care Patrol. I highly recommend Care Patrol with no reservations!
