Recently we had wonderful help from Amber Slaughter as we had to move my brother and his wife from their previous facility to a different one. After I filled out the website request for info early this year, Amber was extremely helpful to me in March 2025 in finding 3 assisted living facilities on the south side of Indianapolis that each also had memory care services.
She quickly set up tours at the three facilities on the same day in March. Amber knows the sales directors at the facilities, and Amber was able to answer questions about the facilities and compare them to one another, giving us the pro’s and con’s of each place. She is very familiar with the entire process to enter an assisted living facility. She was able to advise us about costs, admission needs, and many other details along the way. She helped us to find a facility this past spring, and then she helped us again this fall when it became apparent that we needed to move our family members due to high costs at the first facility (one family member was in a memory care unit with higher costs).
We were very grateful to have such wonderful help from Amber of Care Patrol. I highly recommend Care Patrol with no reservations!

Shawn had extreme knowledge of the facilities in the Birmingham area. He was informative and extremely patient with me, for I felt like I knew nothing! He knew the ins and outs of all of the facilities. He was informative but not pushy in any way. I consider Shawn a dear friend now!

I’m thankful for CarePatrol! They gave me guidance in an area I knew nothing about. When my sister was diagnosed with early onset dementia I was distraught. I didn’t know which way to turn since she lived in Florida & I am in Pennsylvania. Both agencies are great! The move up north was easy with CarePatrol giving me different options.
Olivia was amazing to work with! She knew I didn’t have a clue what all I needed to do to start the process of looking for assisted living for my parents. She walked me through the steps and then got to work on finding places to tour in Lexington. She had places setup for the weekend for us to tour. She was so positive and tried to keep me calm when I felt overwhelmed. Once we decided on Preston Greens she went with me to discuss all the details with them. She then checked on me daily to see what I needed help with. Olivia was so helpful I’m not sure I could have survived the process without her. I know if I have any questions in the future she will be there to help me.
