Christa is amazing! She went above and beyond for me despite the situation constantly changing. Every time a new "crisis" arose, she was ahead of it finding solutions. Now my aunt is in a facility that she's comfortable with! I can't thank you enough!

Christa was friendly, professional and easy to work with. She listened to what I needed and presented several good options that met my needs instead of just a list of places to visit. I liked that she personally went with me to the memory care facilities and gave me lots of time to see each of them. She was also very knowledgeable about each center and was familiar with the pros and cons of each place. I have already given her name to a friend who will be looking for a place for her mother and Chrisa will be helping me find a senior retirement community for myself.

I have worked with Care Patrol three times regarding finding the right care home for my mother as her needs have changed. Christa and Collen assisted me most recently. They make a great team! I was referred to Christa at Care Patrol by Moms independent living director. She returned my call right away, took a brief history and assessment of what we were looking for. I was amazed that she contacted me with several choices of assisted living homes in the general area that was convenient to us. She educated me in what to look for, and how the process worked which was very helpful since I really had no idea. She accompanied me for a tour of two of the homes, and one of them was perfect! Mom was able to move in right from the skilled nursing facility. Christa is kind and professional - she made the process simple for us so I could focus on all the other parts of this transition.
