CarePatrol after reviewing our needs showed us several Group Homes. They were all in a neighborhood close to our residence in Scottsdale. We were able to agree on a move in date and the process began. We needed information for my husbands Long Term Care insurance policy which was obtained. He moved in and is in the process of getting settled. CarePatrol (Deb) has checked in from time to time to see how things are going.

We worked with Care Patrol to move mom into Assisted Living. It was time, but she didn’t want to leave her house. Deb guided us through understanding Dementia, what to expect and how to manage our feelings and hers. She offered alternatives from Home Care to Senior Communities. With Deb’s help we found a good fit for mom. Deb checked in with us for 2 years, to see how mom was doing. She kept us informed about the care industry and its post-Covid recovery. This month, I called Deb about a decline in my mom’s care. She and Ryan responded immediately. Within hours they found us a gorgeous home for mom and a moving company. They arranged for transportation, mom traveled in comfort and style to her new home, and Care Patrol covered that cost. Mom’s new home is a huge improvement, like it was custom made for her needs and personal taste. I wouldn’t know it existed without Care Patrol. The care business is a changing landscape. Luck for us, Care Patrol is an industry watchdog. Their diligent effort and quick response to mom’s needs, greatly improved her quality of life. My family is forever grateful to Deb, Ryan and Care Patrol.

The staff at Care Patrol listened to what our needs were for our dad, and proceeded to provide excellent referrals. This was a hard enough decision so having a company that had done the legwork was a big help. I toured facilities with them and also on my own, and finally selected the best choice for our dad's needs. We would highly recommend their services.

I could not have navigated the process of vetting memory care facilities without the help of Care Patrol, and specifically Crista Slatini. I was an emotional wreck and she was compassionate and seemed to genuinely care about helping me get through the difficult task of moving my loved one from geri-psych to memory care. She referred me to 5 facilities. I narrowed it down to 2. Within a day she made arrangements to tour both facilities with me. Later that afternoon she emailed me Tour Notes to summarize each facility. This was so very helpful as I weighed the pros and cons of each facility. Once I made my decision about which one to go with, right away Christa got the ball rolling. She followed up on all the details of my loved one's discharge from geri-psych and helped make it a smooth transfer to memory care. I was advised by Christa and also by the memory care facility not to be present during the transfer, as my presence would make the transition harder for my loved one. I could only stay home and worry that he would be ok. Christa was kind enough to go to the memory care facility to make sure he made it there ok and she help get him cleaned up and settled. She even took a picture of him and messaged it to me. That meant so much to me and reassured me that he was in good hands. I can't thank Christa enough for everything she did to help me and my loved one get through this challenging time
