Barbara was a pleasure to work with. She took time for us to visit 3 care homes and made the process very easy. I highly recommend working with her. Barbara is very knowledegable,, she has relationships with the care givers (they all know her), very informative and able to answer all of the questions that we had. Barbara and Grace were very helpful and efficient in finding my 94 year old father a comfortable and caring group home after a 10 day stay in the hospital. They narrowed down the choices so we weren't overwhelmed during this difficult decision process. My dad needed a lot of care and the group home they recommended has been doing a wonderful job of working with the hospice nurses and providing compassionate care. This is the second time we have used CarePatrol and they again came through with a great solution in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
