The Davis Family YMCA is a daily destination for me rather than just a gym or obligation. I can work on strengthening so many muscle groups and with multiples of machines I rarely have to wait. Then I can warm up in the hot tub or sauna to prevent stiffness. The roomy facility really gives my mind a place to relax when the winter blues are heavy. It’s also important to me that the ceilings are high and the ceiling fans are running to help air circulation. I’ve never felt stuffy and hot! That’s a huge win for me and a big reason I discontinued other gym memberships.

Simple to use and to the point

Everyone is friendly and they multiple machines even busy there is usually something you can find to get on and the low impact chair classes. They have something for about anyone no matter what kind of shape your in.

Don't know what home 360 is

Can you add red light theraphy to the downtown ymca mens health fitness center? And cold bath plunges in the back room with the old whirlpool tubs? Members would pay more for this service.

Lots of machines. Lots of help. Lots of polite, courteous patrons. Lots of programs. Something for everybody.

I love that there are so Many Things that are available to the masses.
If you need to get yourself in better shape or you want to be social.
Everyone I have met are willing to greet you and make your day and time at the facility special.

Davis Family Y is truly a great facility. It's really an asset to the community and has so much to offer pretty much everyone -- men, women and children.
