I can go any time I want, people are always friendly.

I am a new member. I could not be more pleased with my experience. The only thing better than the facilities is the staff. There is no way anyone could have been more helpful or friendly. I had a training session with Jenna. It was very helpful. I really like the idea of having access to the strength and cardiovascular equipment 24/7. Thank you.

Concern

Variety of workout opportunities.

Enjoy the water aerobics classes. Would like to have more dependable instructors. We experience a lot of times when it is unknown who our instructor will be or if there will be an instructor. It is discouraging.

We like the homeschool programs. We became members because of the homeschool programs

Cleanliness, availability, range of equipment, friendly staff

The people who work there and the many friendly people who you meet there. Last, but not lease the cleanliness of the machines and building.

Therapy pool. Please continue to find ways to carve out more open swim time for our seniors and those in need of this service.
Please replace the pool noodles, they are in bad shape due to continual use and exposure to the pool water.

Open 24/7

Very lively place with 3 weight rooms, large aerobic room, indoor track, and a large pool. My former gym in Columbiana charged extra for after hrs , the Y does not.

What I like best about my Home360 experience is:

1. I can get access anytime, whether 5:00 AM or 8:30 PM
2. I can work around my schedule and still get a great workout in
3. When it's cold outside or if I am not able to get out, I can still get a workout in
4. After putting my information in, Home360 is easy to gain access

Atmosphere is clean and all employees are very helpful and friendly. Equipment is very clean and well maintained.
I have no complaints whats so ever...Been going to Davis Family YMCA for close to 15 years and feel guilty when i am unable to go.
Keep up the good work...
