I enjoy getting my haircut at Floyd's 99 in Sunset Valley! Kyrstin is great! She always has good advice for hairstyles for my hair which is very thin, and I always leave with a cute new cut. An added bonus that I love is the warm towel and shoulder massage at the end!

Alonso is just the best! He makes me feel so comfortable. As an Austin newbie, this place can be pretty intimidating. It is so refreshing to meet someone so warm and welcoming. Also, everyone who works the front desk is always so kind and generous. It so comforting to know that I can get my haircut in a place that truly supports and accepts everyone.
