We’ve always had a pleasant experience every time we’ve gone (17 and 15 year old boys) This last time we got a guy inexperienced with longer hair cuts and he started to panic after he took too much off on one side. Luckily he decided to pass him off to someone more experienced and it all turned out ok but still way shorter than he asked for. But this has been our only semi negative experience. Everyone is always kind and they cut hair well.
