Bethany is an excellent barber with a great personality. I am very happy with my haircut every time.
I don’t like giving bad survey scores but I do want to provide feedback. Parking is pretty bad. I had an appointment at 630 on a weekday and I arrived early. It seemed that I disrupted a break or someone’s “off” time because receptionist was apologizing to the barber. The barber was obviously agitated by it (I felt it). It took her a few minutes to calm down and the rest of the service was good. I tried to be a good sport about it because I am in the service industry and just “know” better. But it was not consistent with service at other Floyd’s locations in Austin.
Stylist was great. Like the decor and environment.
