I like how I can book online and request my sons' favorite barber, Itri.
If he isn't available, which rarely happens,we can book online for whoever else matches our schedule. Itri has been cutting my sons' hair for a few years now. He is really good. I show him pictures, and he will ask clarification questions and then go from there. He gets it right every time. Even when my sons say "like that but shorter" or "like that but longer". Thank you Itri and Floyds 99.

Service: my hair-cutter was great and did a great job. The hostess seemed put out that I was a walk-in at 4pm. It took them a minute to smile and move forward.
