My first time in. I scheduled with someone. They we’re running late with another customer. Sierra stepped up and asked me over to her station. I’m glad she did! She’s freaking awesome! Best fade I’ve ever had in 50 years!

Professionalism

Barbara's great! I love my cuts from her, she listens and is willing to modify cuts, she's nice without being overly chatty. I will definitely book my next cut with her! I had a bad experience with Erica last time, she was excessively grumpy about needing to adjust my cut and cut a little too aggressively, which made for a poor appointment, but I know that doesn't reflect on Floyd's as a whole.

From the moment I walked into the shop, I was immediately impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.

The service I received from the team at Floyd's 99 Barbershop was exceptional. My barber (Erica) was highly skilled and clearly passionate about her work. She took the time to listen to my requests and offered valuable suggestions to help me achieve the perfect haircut. The attention to detail was second to none, and I left the shop feeling like a brand new person!
