Great Service. My barber didn’t rush through the cut. Many places I’ve been it’s like Harding cattle through so they can get as many cuts per hour as possible. Never felt that way here.

Besides the well above average experience, the barbers seem to know what they're doing and I rarely have a bad experience at Floyd's. My hometown location can't seem to figure out how to take online reservations or notify me when they're canceling my reservation, but all the other locations I've ever visited have been awesome!
I always like the cut I get from Jim. I followed him to Floyd's from his previous shop.
What I don’t like - is your reservation system. Why have me remember a password for a haircut? And why do you change reservation systems and not carry over passwords? I love your service (especially the hot towel and shoulder massage) but hate the appointment process.
My experience is that military low fade haircuts are hard to do right. I am a customer of Kenzie and will be for as long as possible since she is excellent at military fades
No pressure friendly
Kenzie might be my fav stylist of all time. I don’t often make specific requests and schedule ahead, but I did that this time because the experience and haircut all around was great and enjoyable.
