I thought that the front desk listened to what I needed to start off. I stated that I'm growing my hair out, and they swapped me from who I was paired with to Allie/Ally(sp?) as she seems to be the hair growth expert. Allie was great, she concentrated on what I needed, listened to what I had for a vision and started me out with a great cut to get me started.
