Julia was super cool and genuinely listened to the vision I had. I did have to trim some at home to keep hair out of my eyes but ultimately that’s my fault for not checking before I left.

Everyone tries much harder there than any other chain place I’ve ever seen. The guy I had this time literally gave me one of the best haircuts of my life and was a super nice person.

Matthew E. - He's my go to and I highly recommend him and Floyd's 99 in general. I go to the location in Richardson off W Campbell road. From the moment you walk in, it's a positive atmosphere. Everyone at Floyd's 99 from the front desk all the way around the shop, they're all quality, friendly people and great at what they do. I've had service from a few individuals there and it's always consistent and they make sure I'm happy with what they're doing. By chance, I scheduled with Matthew E. and yet again had a great experience. So, I always look for him when I book an appointment. Matthew's a great guy, skilled with his tools, and puts you at ease. 10/10 I would recommend scheduling with him; if he's not available, pick anyone, you're in good hands.

I normally make an appointment but this was a last minute decision and I went to a location I haven’t been to in a long time since moving further away. . When I got my turn, you just never know how much you’ll like it depending on the stylist. My stylist was terrific and I couldn’t be happier. She did a perfect job.
