Our family has been going to the Preston location for years. Jay C. is who keeps us coming back. Everyone is friendly, helpful, the wait is never long when we walk in, but she just gets us and we get her. She listens to what we want, makes sure she understands, makes suggestions that make the look better when needed and doesn't when it's not, and makes us feel like family. The shop is cool, Jay C. makes it where you go out of your way to get your hair care.
