Efficiency. Timeliness of each appointment. Details in making my cut just right. I do miss the pre Covid days when you got your hair rinsed to remove all the hair. It’s hard to go anywhere but home when there’s hair all over.

Easy to make an appt with the person I use to cut my hair. I would give it a 10 but some of my friends would not pay that much for a haircut. I only pay that much when I have a real good person that cuts my hair just the way I like. Ashleigh is very good. If she left and I could not find out where she was working, I would try a less expensive place. When you have someone like Ashleigh that has never failed to cut my hair right in the last 4 years, I hope you pay her accordingly for her great work.

Took my 2 year old for a haircut. Kristi was amazing with him. He’s always good in the chair but he smiled the entire time because of her engagement with him. She gave him a toy to play with, talked to him, explained what she was doing and asked him questions.

OMG!!! I can't begin to describe the amazing job our barber did on my son's hair! He walked in with what I can best describe as a shoulder length "Karen" bob and walked out with a short cut that the barber devised based on a few drastically different photos of cuts he was trying to decide between. Not only am I ecstatic over the cut, but my son loves it, too. He's gotten so many compliments on it in the past few days and those aren't easy to get from other high schoolers.
10/10. You've won my loyalty as a customer.
