I went in for a haircut that didn't quite turn out the way it was supposed to and I was actually really upset about it, but Floyd's Management went above and beyond to make it right and now my hair has been fixed and they were kind enough to comp my next haircut! The Manger even called me after my second appointment to see how my experience was and to make sure that I was satisfied. I've never had a company go to such lengths to ensure my happiness.
