I really like the haircuts I get but the secondary services are either always forgotten or an after thought. I get asked every time if I got a massage, the answer is always no. They dont shampoo the hair or anything - its just a "get in, get out" type of haircut. The stylists do a great job, the front desk is always nice (even if there is always like 4 people up there) and the environment is awesome, but I have learned to not expect much beyond a GreatClips type experience with a much better stylist - and that's ok.
