As a senior with mobility issues, the ease of getting in and out of the chair was a concern.
The stylist and the person finalizing the transaction were wonderful. The best hair appointment I've ever had. I didn't notice anything special about the products. Seemed typical.The employees were very polite and considerate. I had scheduled a longer haircut with a massage but because I was getting overwhelmed they were able to just do a shorter one instead and I was just charged for what I got. Overall, great service. The employees, not the branding or atmosphere, were what made it special. I could've done without the generic music playing and the cluttered design.
