Everyone there always feel very comfortable, and when i came in previously with a very bad experience at another location (my haircut was awful and the stylist treated me poorly after requesting she use my chosen name instead of my birth name) they immediately did the best they could to fix it and asked that I give feedback on the other store because that wasn’t the opposite of what Floyd’s stands for. I love my hair, Anna dyed it for me today and it looks amazing!

Very friendly and skilled staff. I've had multiple barbers cut my hair at this location and they all do a great job. I'm comfortable booking appointments for the next available barber without having to wait for a specific one because I trust them all.

I thought that Elena was very personable and professional when she took care of me. Thank you Elena. As far as the beard service was concerned, I was pretty much happy with it, but I was kind of expecting a straight razor sculpt or shave in order to define the shape of the beard rather than just a clippers clip and outline.
