I was immediately greeted and checked in, in an efficient, quick, and welcoming way. Throughout the haircut with Dustin, I felt like I was just talking with a friend, not someone I just met. I told him that I didn't want to go all the way to my skin on the cut, but did want it short. We started at a "5" and worked our way down to a "2" which is what he originally recommended (I probably should listen haha). They made me feel welcomed, loved, appreciated, needed, and most importantly, they made me want to come back.

Kelsey was fantastic and fabulous. She’s cordial and patient yet fun and outgoing, and did a wonderful job with my haircut; she upheld proper customer service, and I appreciated how comfortable she made me feel.

If not done already, give her a raise (and no, I don’t know her like that; she’s just genuinely that good at her job).
