First and foremost like the ability to schedule an appointment, and it's rare that I have to wait more than a minute or 2 when I walk in. Shop is kept at a cool temp which is also appreciated. My Barber, Tom always does great work.

Carlos was quick and did an excellent translating the cut I wanted. With my appointment we were in and out within 30 minutes and at $40 it was very reasonably priced. I will be back for my next cut

Me & my daughter both love to get our haircut from Dominica. She is an expert in hairstyling . I have very fine hair which is very challenging for many hair stylists but Dominica goes above & beyond in styling my hair that gives me confidence. I appreciate her patience & knowledge that she has. She is a great listener & a very understanding person. Everytime , me & my daughter have our haircut , we are very grateful to her. She is truly a dedicated hairstylist. Also , all the front desk staffs at reception desk or whoever picks the phone , they are very friendly & understanding to our needs.
