The customer service is absolutely top notch. The barbers were very helpful and kind. My son has some sensory issues when it comes to touch but felt very calm and at ease. I know I can get cheaper haircuts almost anywhere. But they aren’t going to as of good quality or with such care or compassion.

I’ve seen many of your stylists over the years. Juan is by far the best at your shop. He is personable, professional, and communicative. Honestly, if he is not already, he should be the lead stylist at this shop. I’d love to hear that he is leading haircutting workshops for the rest of the staff. Everyone, has room to grow. His could be in a leadership position and everyone else learns new techniques. Anyway, it was a great experience.
