James M. is the reason I come to the Lake Forest location. I used to frequent the Eldorado location in McKinney, after using several stylists I found James and have been very happy with his service. Once he started going full time to Lake Forest, I followed him and book with him on all occasions. I didn’t have a problem with any other stylists, to me, James cut looks good from before you leave your seat till the day I go back, just a little shaggier.

The staff I was very courteous and accommodating to me as a new walk in customer. I had a special need to get a hair cut for a funeral and hit the ground running coming in from out of town. The staff was courteous and cute!

I liked everything about the in store service I received. I did not like being unable to make my appointment online and the reason given was that my email address, which I have been using since the beginning of email (I am 75) has always been valid 😤
