Staff is very knowledgeable about the current styles and always do a great job.
As for getting a haircut there, a lot of the seasoned hairstylist, a really good at cutting hair and providing the best quality cut. As long as I request the right person to cut my hair, I feel like what I pay and what I get is an amazing value.

Floyd’s is consistently great. The Floyd’s brand shampoo & conditioner are the best I’ve had and have completely ended my dry scalp.
I have had 3 different stylist over the few years of coming to Floyd’s and each has been progressively better.
Elizabeth is by far the best I’ve ever had. I’ve never had better haircuts anywhere ever. She is very personable and I enjoy the time in her chair.
The front desk staff has also continued to improve. She is very friendly, smiles, laughs and doesn’t make you feel like she doesn’t want to be there. From the moment I walk in until I walk out, I enjoy my visit at Floyd’s Murphy.
My only suggestions would be to turn the music down just a very small amount so we can actually talk with our stylist a little more easily. Also, but the TVs on live sports all the time and not the sports news. No one can hear it so at least a game can be watched without the sound.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Janet has been cutting my hair for awhile now. I've had good experiences with all the folks at the Murphy location, but I go back to Janet because we seen to have a really good shorthand about what I want my cut to look like. She's really great at taking my befuddled directions and turning it into the cut I want. Love Floyd's 99 in Murphy!
