My only suggestion, which sounds like an old guy, is to lower the music volume a bit. I love the music, it’s just a bit loud to talk to your stylist and hear what’s being asked. Mostly because the room echos.

Janet does a great job. I’d prefer if your music wasn’t so loud. Not relaxing and I enjoy a good experience not to leave with ears reverberating. I know it’s your business model but I really don’t like it

Very friendly and helpful
Your employees are real, and friendly and honest. You can’t beat that when someone has your looks literally in their hands. When I know what I want done to my hair they won’t just put me in the next available chair, they’ll tell me when the person who can do it well is available. Not even a high end salon does that and that’s why I keep coming back!
