I appreciate the promptness of the stylist & receptionist respecting scheduled appointment times. I very rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes after arriving. I would definitely recommend booking an appointment in advance as I've seen walk ins wait a while at times.

My only complaint would be when booking a service online, you get to decide what haircut you'll be getting. Without notice or communication the stylist will charge you more for a "specialty cut." That I don't appreciate and it's happened more than once.

Ray J is so consistent, kind and great at his job. Love his cuts!
