I made an appointment and while they were very busy when I arrived, I was called to get my haircut within a few minutes after arriving. The stylist was very nice and friendly and took her time cutting my hair. I was very pleased with the outcome and the overall service that I received. I have been going to Floyd's for about a year. Prior to going to Floyd's, I tried a couple of other shops at the same price point and offerings and experienced mixed results. So I plan on continuing to go to Floyd's as they seem to deliver a more consistent high-level of service.

This was my first time at Floyd’s. After 35 years,
my stylist retired and I came to Floyd’s hoping to find a new stylist for the next 35. Kevin Tran was randomly assigned to me. He is fantastic! Took good care of me. Listened to how I wanted my hair to be cut and did a perfect job of it. And we had a good time talking and getting know each other. I will be back for sure to see Kevin!
