Rachel is a saint. She listened with her heart when I told her it was my first real haircut since I had shaved my head for Mt wife's cancer and that I had recently lost her. She paid attention when I was trying to describe the hair style I was looking for and I didn't know ow the correct terms. She turned me away from the room when I cried. Because of my circumstances it was an ordeal for me, and she was an absolute angel thru the whole thing. She understands that she's not just doing another haircut. She knows she has another human with their own life situations happening. As long as I'm in the area, I'll continue to ask for her.
