I am only giving a 10 because the lady who cut my hair was very nice and did a good job.
There is a gentlemen who works at this shop that always wears Dallas Cowboys gear who is extremely obnoxious & rude. In my last visit alone, he said to my barber that “independent women is what is wrong with the country” several times while a Madonna song was on AND I watched him take another barbers clippers MID-HAIRCUT to “show him how it was done”.
All in all, my cut was fine but would be better if that wasn’t going on around me.

I liked how the barber asked clarifying questions and prompted mu 11 yr old soon to show pics of what he had in mind. I liked how she said she’d use a 4 guard then let him see if he wanted to go shorter in back.
