James Dean always cuts my hair perfectly, is super friendly, and makes the whole experience as a whole a good one. Overall, the Heights location is a very welcoming environment and enjoy heading over for my haircut. As long as I am in the Houston Area, I will be coming to the Heights location to have my haircut by James Dean.
The people working the front desk are great. They know me by name when I walk in. I sadly don’t know their names, but I’ll be sure to ask next time. Ally used to do my hair but she moved back to Arkansas. She suggested I go see Andrew and that was a great suggestion. Andrew does a great job with my haircut and we have great conversation. The haircut is a little pricey, but Andrew makes it more than worth it.

I have not had to wait when I have an appointment. Other establishments just cannot start the appointment on time and make customers wait 10 to 30 minutes beyond the appointment time.
