I like that the more I go, the more I get to learn about the products and how they work for my particular hair structure.
As time passes I accumulate a knowledge for the products available to me as well as for friends & family as gifts, etc…
Personally, I can’t speak on all the workers here, however, Paulina is very in tuned to different hair styles and facial shapes to create a match. She’s most definitely helped me find my style without much stress, which was absolutely great for me, considering I may be the most choosiest person.
Other workers I have have all been pleasant in my honest opinion. However, just not as professional and courteous as Paulina. (just my personal opinion)

First trip to this location in The Heights and I was not disappointed. Cleanliness was excellent and the atmosphere was typically Floyd's. The store was busy but I got right in for my appointment. Steevin cut my hair and did a fantastic job. He listened to what I wanted, asked a couple of questions and gave me a great haircut. Thanks!! I will be back!
