The staff are very professional and friendly. I like Floyd’s 99 because it feels like an inclusive and welcoming place to be. My barber, Tay, has been cutting my hair for over a year. He always does a great job and I have never had a bad haircut from him. He is very personable and great at connecting with his clients as well to ensure they have a positive experience.
