The safe atmosphere
I prefer to have the same stylist (I stayed with my last stylist for over 20 years...) & Stacy absolutely nailed my (somewhat complicated with conflicting requirements) haircut. She's a great stylist & I will hopefully visit her every month for the foreseeable future.
