This was my son’s first time at Floyd’s given Erika is now working there. She is amazing with kids and we are super thankful she will still be able to cut my kids hair. The front desk folks were lovely as well, and very personable. My son is 5 so he loved the vibe of Floyd’s and he looks forward to going back.

Clean environment is always a plus, which it was. Dee gave me an incredible first experience at the shop and made me feel excited to return in the future. I had very minimal interaction with any other employee, however everyone had a smile on their face and from what I saw gave great haircuts. My Fiancé bought $100 in Floyd’s gift cards before Christmas and because of a promo she was given an additional $25 voucher. I tried to use the voucher before the gift card, but unfortunately the receptionist was not able to honor it. The receptionist did write my name and number on the voucher and stated she would get with her manager about the issue. I hope to get issue resolved and the chance to use it soon.
Overall I must say my trip to Floyd’s was great and I give it two thumbs up!
