That said, you need to update your website. I tried making a reservation on Friday night for the next day (after store hours) and there was nothing on the page saying what day I was scheduling for. It just said I was good to go after entering all my info. Unfortunately i didn’t receive a confirmation email or text. I assumed it was for Saturday since it didn’t list any days to choose from. But when I arrived on Saturday, I had to choose “walk in” because it wasn’t in the system.
Turns out it chose Monday for me and I didn’t get a reminder text until Sunday, well after I had already had a haircut.

Jordan gives a great cut/experience but doesn’t take forever. He’s great to talk to and makes sure I like the cut before I leave. Booking with him every 2 weeks from now on. Front desk staff is nice as well.
