As a trans person I feel safe and comfortable coming here. I know the people will provide me with a haircut that I feel best in and will guide me in making the best style choices while on my transition journey. Everything from the service, to the workers, and even the product suggestions have been great.

I’ve never had a bad or weird interaction at Floyd’s. Staff is super chill, never pressuring to upgrade services or purchase products. Love the ease of booking online and confidence I have knowing that when I press “No Preference” on stylist, it doesn’t matter who I get matched with… I’m going to walk out of there with a quality cut. That said, Eddie and Tara have consistently done a great job and keep me coming back.

My stylist listened to my request with care and understanding. She took her professional talents and worked magic on my hair. I did not win at Bingo tonight but I did win at choosing Floyd’s for my hair care needs. Thank you for the Drama Free, Non-judgmental atmosphere and striving to perform hair miracles! You Rock!!
