What an experience! Had a bad one of those bad experiences at sports clips. On top of that, had a planned event held that week coming weekend. Called in and they kindly brought me in for an appt. Was greeted by name at the front entrance. Above expectations! Lauren, the Manager, took me in and fixed me right up, ended with a hot towel, shampoo experience. 10 stars!! I’m definitely making this experience my go to moving forward. Thank you!!
