I’ve always had a great experience. Each time I come in, I have no idea what I want. But I’m always given the best guidance and advice about what would give me a good result simply based off some of the vague ideas I have for my hair. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and amazing in every sense. Major shout out to Amanda for the excellent service time and time again. She is absolutely the reason I keep coming back. Much appreciation!

Tina is an exceptional stylist. She is great at her job, helps me decide what I want to do, and make it so fun while I’m there.

I would not so much recommend Floyd’s as much as I would recommend Tina. I used to just book whatever was available that day whether it was Floyd’s, Rooster, or somewhere else. Now I book ahead to get Tina.

first of all i accidentally scheduled my appointment for the wrong location and they got me in before my appointment time at a different location. asked a bunch of questions about what i wanted and was very polite the whole time. great experience.

I loved the Minneapolis North Loop atmosphere. I followed Jacqui there from the western suburbs. She always gives me a great cut. It's worth the drive into the city.
