Phoebe has been an amazing stylist every time I’ve been in. Truly an artist with the scissors and clippers and I have been getting compliments constantly since she started working on my hair. Last week when I came in, I accidentally smashed my thumb in my car door. The front desk staff got me cleaned up and bandaged right away without a second thought. Then I left with a sick mullet! Honestly they really picked me up when my thumb had me down and I am a Floyd’s customer for life!

What do you like about our products and services?

She was great. She informed me what my desired haircut was called and even pointed out that the shop that I had previously been going to was cutting my hair all wrong. I styled my hair this morning and it styled just like it did when I was getting my haircut done the right back when I lived in Austin, Texas. I feel like myself again.

Nick was a pro and did a v good job. It's all about the individual stylist. I've had pretty good stylists at Floyds back in LA, but when they slacked off, I left to find someone better. Now that I live in the Twin Cities, it's good to know I can get a good cut at Floyds again. Took a couple of visits to find the right guy.
