What do you like about our products and services?

I use Floyd’s pomade, shampoo and conditioner. Each make my hair feel healthy and clean, and I love the smell of each.

I’ve been a Floyd’s customer for 7 years and never had a bad experience. I started going to the Lake St store and now primarily go to the NorthLoop since it’s closer to my house.
My teens also go to floyds and both have the best bleach / color and cuts.

Carmen was my stylist. She took the time to understand my hair and was very accommodating with explaining what she was doing. Great personality and very welcoming. I think she was new to Floyd’s but was very complimentary of the sho and location. Great experience.
