Products aside, I’ve worked with Phoebe and Sandra and they both excelled at providing a welcoming experience and professional results. I had an appointment this week with Phoebe, but I received a positively timely call that she was ill and we were very easily able to reschedule for the same time and day but with Sandra. Whether I’m meeting my regular stylist or someone new, I’ve yet to be disappointed (and doubt I will be) by the North Loop’s hospitality and results. Seriously, a surprise reschedule with Sandra made my week; she is all around awesome. Wish her, Phoebe—the rest of the team—all the best.

It’s mostly about the stylists and the friendly atmosphere. Kristi has been cutting my hair for a long time and never fails to do an amazing job. It’s more than just a haircut though; she can brighten up your day with just a smile and her caring attitude. Floyd’s has a habit of hiring only the best no matter what type of haircut you are seeking.
