My son had seen Jaqueline before she left and he loved her—she did his hair perfectly, which is hard to do. We have taken chances with other stylists at your shop, but we landed on Tim this time and we loved him. Eliot LOVES his hair and we’re glad we found him. Tim was running late and another stylist offered to cut his hair, but when he was shown a picture of the desired haircut he admitted that he couldn’t do that style and we totally appreciated the honesty!

I’ve said it many times but the care Katherine M at the North Loop shop takes with my children is more than I’ve seen other places. She not only cares but she ensures they feel heard. All of the staff at the two locations we have visited are this way. They see the person and not just the client booked at 10am. I would recommend Floyds to everyone!
