First name removed is a phenomenal barber with excellent customer service. He's the only person I'll get my hair cut with. On the other hand, when I arrived, another employee had to walk away from their customer to service the front desk and check me in. I feel it could be frustrating if my barber had to walk away mid cut to go greet someone and check them in. A front desk employee/receptionist would be a good addition to the shop.
