I recently moved to the area after going to Floyd's a few times in my previous city. This is my third visit to this location this year, having Jamie for my stylist at my recent two visits. Both times, I was extremely satisfied with Jamie's work on my hair. Jamie was a thoughtful listener and made sure to check in with me during the haircut to make sure it was what I envisioned. I'm so happy to have this experience here in my new home -- especially at this price. The quality and environment in the store is warm and inviting, as well as all the staff who work there. I am continuously impressed by their level of service. Thank you!
