Jaime is wonderful. So nice and good with my little one. She listens to what he asks for and is very patient.
I like the consistency of Niki being there and remembering the cut I get. She’s friendly and does a great job every time. She is also willing to listen to me poorly describe what changes I would like to make and interprets them correctly. It’s difficult to find a barber you can rely on and I can rely on Niki. Will continue to be a customer and client of hers.

The barber working on my hair understood what I was asking but went and got an additional opinion from another barber before just cutting on my hair. He apologized for needing help but I found it to be one of the best things to ever happen. No problem, learn on my hair, fine! Most other places have barbers that just get it done, folks at Floyds care and try their best and even ask for to become better!
